A one-year, full time, residential that forms young Christians through shared life, theological grounding, spiritual mentorship, and hands-on ministry, so that they leave spiritually equipped, prepared for their future and shaped in a pattern of intentional Christian living.

Our Discipleship Year.

  • A one-year, full-time, residential discipleship year rooted in church life, shared community and intentional formation.

  • The year combines spiritual formation, practical ministry, theological reflection and exposure to mission in the life of London.

  • Streams will be chosen to allow the programme to be tailored around your gifts and future direction, while remaining involved in the wider life of the church.

what we are doing.

  • Spiritual mentoring once a fortnight.

  • Future pathways mentoring once a term.

  • Weekly staff prayer and bible study.

  • Household morning prayer 3-4 times a week and a monthly household meal.

  • Bi-weekly theology training including a termly book review written as a resource for the church. Guided research and coaching in the theology of justice led by IJM

  • Opportunities to serve with local ministry partners.

  • A conference connected to the interns chosen stream.

  • Experience running a weekly homeless shelter.

  • Accommodation is provided along with living expenses.

  • One day a week at IJM (International Justice Mission) will include; office work and administration experience, events management experience.
